Sean M. Seitz is the President and Co-owner of American Solar. Sean oversees the sales, administration, and design operations. He also provides assistance to State and Municipal leaders in their efforts to support the growth and implementation of solar technologies in Arizona. Sean is a founding member of the Arizona State University Renewable Energy Task Force. He was a participant in the Arizona Corporation Commission's Standards Working Group and Cost Evaluation Working Group for the Environmental Portfolio Standard, and continues to participate in local and federal policy development efforts. Prior to co-founding American Solar, Sean was the V.P. of Sales and Engineering at ETA Engineering and was employed as a design engineer with Square D. He holds a BSME from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

Will T. Herndon, Vice-President and Co-owner, has nineteen years of professional experience in the photovoltaic industry. He oversees the daily construction operations associated with the installation of solar electric systems. Will continues to improve American Solar's installation processes through ongoing in-house training programs dedicated to continuing employee education of construction procedures, technology, safety, and equipment training. Will has served on the advisory panel for Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and is involved in local and national roofing organizations. Prior to co-founding American Solar, Will gained experience as a systems engineer at Kyocera Solar (previously Golden Genesis). He holds a BSME from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
